We offer free returns on purchases made on this website. We want to ensure you are satisfied with your CCM products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase , you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided the product has not been customized, worn or used and is still in its original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Upon reception at the CCM distribution center, refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment . Please allow a delay of 14 days upon reception of your return for your refund to be processed. If applicable, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met

All returns must be related to a www.CCMHOCKEY.com purchase

All returns must be processed through our Returns portal within 30 days of original purchase.

Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable

All merchandise must be in its original condition and returned in its original package

Have all the original labels and tags

CCM Hockey reserved the right to refuse returns that do not respect these conditions upon inspection.

Shipping your return:

An approval email will be sent to you along with your return authorization number and a free return label. Note that you will receive these separately.

Repackage your product

Print and apply the return label to your package.

Take your package to a FEDEX drop-off location.

Once received in our warehouse, please allow a delay of 14 days for our team to process your refund. If applicable, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
