Can I cancel or make changes to my order? +
Orders cannot be changed or canceled on the website. Should you not be satisfied with your purchases, you may return them to CCM free of charge. Use our returns form here
How long does it take to process my order? +
Please allow a delay up to 10 business days to receive your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping option (Regular & Express). A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your package is ready.
Will I be charged for a product that did not ship? +
